Your 5.0-star rating earns you premium pricing. The best reviewed cleaning business in any suburb commands 10–20% above market rate — not below it. Pricing below market signals low quality, not value. We're raising prices before the referral discount is introduced, so the 20% referral offer doesn't erode your margin.

Maintenance Contracts

Property managers + residential recurring clients

Maintenance contracts are the foundation of a predictable business. One property manager with 50 properties, on a servicing agreement, is worth more than 50 one-off customers — and requires far less effort to maintain. Here's what we're offering:

Option A — Preferred Supplier Agreement
Best for: property managers unsure about commitment

No minimum volume. PM agrees to call AK first for all cleaning needs. In return: locked rates for 12 months, 24-hour priority response, consolidated monthly invoice, photo reports after every job.

Annual schedule for each property: quarterly solar clean + bi-annual pressure wash + monthly window clean (optional). Priced per property based on size. Billed monthly in advance — best for your cash flow.

Best for: solar installer referrals + residential clients

Quarterly solar panel cleaning on a prepaid annual plan. $185/visit × 4 visits = $740/year. Client pays upfront or in two instalments. We service on schedule, they never have to think about it.

Knock on 6 neighbours immediately after finishing

"Hey, sorry to bother you — I'm [Name] from AK Cleaning. We've just finished up at [number down the road]. Since we're already here with all the gear, I wanted to see if you'd like yours done today as well. I can do it right now for $50 off the normal price — takes about [30 minutes / 1 hour]. Would that work for you?"

If they say no or no answer — leave this
